1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 2B). Bottle 33cl - Batch AROMA: semi-sweet aroma. some cardboard. no hop aromas. APPEARANCE: deep gold colour and very clear. somewhat thin white head with below average retention. TASTE: semi-sweet flavour that finishes dry. low bitterness. no complexity from malt or hop flavours. PALATE: medium-low body and low carbonation. OVERALL: an uninteresting, watered down, coeliac friendly beer.

Det här var verkligen ingen höjdare. Mycket maltig smak, mycket sötma, nej tack

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20
Clear, light copper colour with no fizz but holds a decent head from the pour. Almost no aromas, at a push smelling donut-batter with the very softest hint of smoke. Pleasant mouth-feel with a gentle tingle of spice on the gums; however absolutely devoid of any flavours on palate - no hops, not even any residual cereal tones. With it’s name "Celia" it seems to be made for and marketed for Celiacs, rather than being brewed as a quality beer which happens to be gluten-free! I’m not a lager drinker, but this falls well short of my already low expectations.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
(Bottle, as Zatec Gluten Free) Golden colour with brief, frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, citrus and a touch of toffee. Malty taste with bread, toffee, honey, a touch of citrus and grassy hops in a finish with a gentle bitterness. Medium body, with a balanced sweetness. Hardly exciting, but quite tasty for a gluten free beer. Drinkable.

Klar gul farge med hvitt skum. Lukter malt og noe sitrus. Godt karbonert, lettdriikelig med smak av malt og sřdme og sitrus. En anelse bitter i ettersmak.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Final tick of my Algarvian clutch. Bottle from Faro Jumbo. Orange yellow with a fast gone white foam. Not unpleasant lemony hay, honey, mown grass aroma. Decent orange-fruity wine gum hop leaning towards GA territory. Grass, crackers and biscuit. Slightly drying bitter finish. Not bad.
