Dried fruit and toasty aroma with detectable hops. Clear but nearly opaque, dark garnet with a lasting tan foam. Flavour: dried fruit, plum preserves, toasty malt. Sweet with only a little bitterness. Full body, almost chewy with a sweet finish.

Roasty/toasty flavor with caramel, some dark bread and coffee. Finishes drier and a bit spicy and herbal. Medium-bodied. A good Dunkel. 6/4/7/3/14=3.4
(6/24/08) Draught at Pivovarsky Klub in Prague. As "Xantho Mimaradny Special 15°". Dark reddish-brown with a big beige head. Aroma of some toasted malt and some licorice notes. Sweetish flavor with some caramelly maltiness and maybe some faint hints of licorice. Medium-bodied. Decent. 6/4/7/3/13=3.3
(6/25/08) Draught at Pivni Galerie in Prague. Dark brown with a medium creamy stable beige head. Aroma of toasted malt, some dark bread, coffee notes and licorice hints. Sweetish flavor with some nice toastiness/roastiness, some caramel and some coffee. Medium-bodied. Very nice. 6/4/7/4/14=3.5

On Tap at Pivovarksy Klub in Prague on 6/30. Pours sark brown with a medium tan head. Aroma of caramel and chocolate. Very sweet with an interesting finish, almost floral. Very interesting beer.

Bottle. Dark brown with a tint of red. Slight chocolatey aroma with a touch of menthol. Really caramelly in flavour with lots of residual sugars. Low bitterness and medium bodied with chewy mouthfeel.

Bottle, bought @ Zatec brewery.
Pours deep mahogany with a nice, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, lightly roasted with some sweet sugary caramel. Okayish mouthfeel, just a little thin for the ABV. Soft flavour, lightly roasted but with good caramel notes. Pretty long and lingering aftertaste with a spicy hoppiness to it.
