COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pro ženy i pro muže vaří Žatecký pivovar tmavý ležák - Žatec Xantho - vskutku výjimečné pivo. Výběrem surovin a speciálním varným procesem se podařilo zvýšit obsah vysoce žádané látky zvané xanthohumol na téměř dvojnásobek. Kdo ochutná noblesní chuť tohoto černého klenotu, objeví čarovné účinky, které jsou v něm ukryty. 14.5°

Clear dark amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, burnt caramel, light sugar. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long to average duration. Both bitternes and sweet is burnt caramel. From tap at Pivovarsky Klub as Zatec Xantho Mimoradny Special 15. Pours dark and hazy brown with a light tan head. Aroma is mild roasted malt. Flavour is mild sweetend with a light breadish note and mild roasted malt flavour. Ends mild roasted and mild spiced towards butterish.6-3-6-3-13=3.1

Bottled, thanks to Dunkpigen, thewolf, and ChristianSheffel for bringing it to Plzen to RBESG. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and brown sugar.

Bottled, from Alko. Very deep ambery brown colour with mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is mild caramel, some not-too-sweet syrup, mild sugar as well as some bready malts. Flavour is licorice, ryebread, some sweetish cookies as well as quite strong Saazy grassyness. 7 4 7 4 15

Dark ruby, almost opaque, nice creamy beige head. Toasted, caramelly hayish nose. Medium-bodied. Caramelly, malty-sweetish flavor. Rounded mouthfeel. Some woody hops in the finish.
