Sample at the tasting room on 9/20/13. Cloudy yellow pour with a thick white head. Aroma of banana, clove and creamy wheat. Flavor is about the same, banana, clove, creamy wheat finish. Straight up hefe. Not my style, but I can say it’s well done for the style.

Sampled at the ’12 Columbe Microbrew Festival. Cloudy yellow color with a fizzy white head. Big spicey and yeasty nose. Clove spice with some lemon, bitter orange and light toast. Strong acidity. Tastey.

Draft sample at CMF 2012. Poured hazy orange color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate banana, clove and citrus aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a spice sweet finish of moderate duration. Good refreshing brew.

Served from a growler. Poured into a standard pint glass. Straw color, cloudy. Decent head with ok staying power, small amount of lacing. Nose is your standard hefeweizen, nothing special. Taste is similar, works pretty well together. Nothing special, but it is refreshing.
