Backlog rating. Bottle at Craig tasting at Chriso’s, London. It pours a light straw color with a medium white head. Aroma is crispy, bready, lightly spicy, with notes of tangerine and grass. Taste is crispy and grainy, with notes of hay, cereals, bread, caramel, grass and citrus. Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, somewhat too grainy

Bottle shared at Chriso’s mid-week lasting 03/07/14. Hazed yello hay coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is orange and lemon citrus, peel, dry, nice wit yeast presentation. Flavour is composed of sweet orange peel, hay, wit yeast phenols, doughy wheat grains. Palate is soft and a biut flabby and grainy on the tongue. Not a bad wit.
