i hiked a long way to what at the time i thought was the only place in prague to find this beer. it is a pale orange cloudy color with a fluffy white head. stong aroma of honey malt and citurs. to be and abbey beer msde by czech monks i was really disapointed. but in all fairness this beer is unlike any i have ever tried before. strong taste of honey and lemon, maybe some banana.kinda herbal. it very much reminded me of a glass of ice tea with honey and lemon.

(Bottled, 0,33l sampled at the Helsinki Beer Festival 2004) Clear amber color, no head. Sweetish, slightly sour aroma with raisins and plums. Quite sahti-like flavor, quite sweet with raisins and some banana. Medium-bodied, oily palate with very little carbonation.
