Test vom 30.9.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,9,6,5,9,7

Ungstrup (29284) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 11, 2010
Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Papsoe (25085) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 22, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. Clear deep golden with a rough white head. Sweetish malty nose. Medium body with a good solid malt base. Unfortunately the hops are a bit raw and unrefined. 210309

yngwie (13555) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 30, 2009
Bottle. It pours a clear golden body under a dense, finger-thick, firm, off-white head leaving some lacings. Fruitysweet nose with some alchol and grains. Malty sweet flavor, quite grainy, with fruits and some maltyness. Full-bodied and slighlty warming, borderline sticky. The finish has a lasting bitter and sweet finish. A decent bock, but too sweet. Wouldn’t shy away from a retry though. (090228)

Bottle, 6.5%. 1 month past BB date. Clear golden colour. NO head. OK malty flavour, has a good level of alcohol, giving it a good mouthfeel. Rough bitterness, but OK clean.

Rb #9100: 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Mild hoppy and light caramel malty flavoured. Light bitter flavoured into the finish, mild fruity touch. Easy, relaxed and simple given the story behind this brew.
