Not a traditional schwarzbier. Easy to drink but with a lot carbonate. The foam is very slim but with not very clear taste. Passable option.

Very nice black beer once again from the brewers in Argos. Roasted malt taste, nice color, dark foam, but i got the feeling sometimes this beer (been drinking it several times in years) changes taste a little bit at every ’batch’ of production. Still, it’s an excellent beer, would love to try it on tap somewhere. I’m happy we have Zeos in Greece.

1 lt PET bottle at home. Black color with nice off-white head. Aroma is roasted malty with caramel. Light sweet taste with roasted malt again. Light to medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation.

Pet bottle from GreekBeerShop. Pours clear very dark ruby with a big creamy off-white head. Aroma of light roasted malts, some lactose and wheat, liquorice. Lively & fizzy mouthfeel. Taste is very weak roasted malts, well balanced with a good dry hoppy finish, a strange metallic side note is quite irritating at the utter finish .

This is an excellent "Fresh" beer with a short shelf life but breathes well and you can take two pints down without a second thought.

1 Liter PET bottle, at home, poured into a lager glass. ABV 5% What an adventure to get this beer, first it came from Athens to Parga where I was on holidays, then I forgot it there and was brought to me in the Netherlands by our neighbour lady who happened to be on holidays at the same place. Very dark mahogany brown colour on the body, with one finger of off-white, creamy and thick head. Excellent retention, took ages for the foam to collapse. Aroma of wheat, some hops. Roasted malts on the taste, a bit metallic, wheat. I guess the long trips have damaged it a bit, since there is a sourness on the taste like red grapes, nothing too bad though. You can tell this tasted great once. Good carbination on a medium thick body. Even though it went through a lot, this beer still manages to taste great. Still, I would like to try it once again fresher.

Plastic bottle. Pours a black bod, with a very low head that diminishes very quickly, leaving almost no lace. Nice caramel aroma, with notes of roasted malts. Same taste, light sweet aftertaste. Watery texture, thin to medium body, light to medium carbonation. Very good beer, like the pilsener.
