(Bottled@Waagstuk) Deep red with a large, lasting and lacy, tanned head. Caramely-roasty aroma with sweetish malt and a hint of alcohol. Slightly acidic and alcoholic flavor. Sweet and roasted-malty. Blackcurrant marmalade! Sweet-syrupy, low-carbonated, medium to full-bodied palate. A full, but quite sweet and slightly alcoholic brew. Warming and barley-wineous.

Had it at Waagstuk, Antwerp. Dark brown to black colour, large off-white head. Sweet malty aroma, Full body and a sweet-scotchlike taste. Light bitter and burned finish. some alcoholic hints. A very good one.

Deep red brown body, huge beige head, thick lacing; Big very malty sugary sweet nose, lots of Belgium candis syrup aromas; Huge soft carbonation on soft textured body, bitter and quite sweet; Long very sweet powerful finish, lots of malty sweet aromas. Good big warm and powerful beer.

Bottle at ’t Waagstuk, Antwerp. I vaguely remember this beer as the night got a bit messy from here on out, although I do remember liking it. Mahogany with a thick beige head. Malt, dark fruits, liquorice and a hint of cocoa with that brunish earthy note. A great beer with lots going on.

Bottle @ ’t Waagstuk, Antwerpen. Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate yeasty, fruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (300807)

Brewed exclusively for ’t Waagstuk in Antwerp. Dark brown body with a large tan head. Aroma of cigar and cereals. Very malty body with plenty of roasted malts, dark caramel and chewing tobacco. Very little of the dark fruits flavours usually present in that type of beer. More hoppy than most belgian strongs with medium bitterness in the finish. Pretty good beer. The carbonation of this Zeppelin is co2 right? Last time they tried using hydrogen in a Zeppelin it didn’t turn out very well.
