Collaboration with Tom Baker, Earth Bread and Brewery. Mt Airy, PA. Traditional sahti, the finnish rustic beer brewed with juniper and fermented with bread yeast. Finnish for "celebration".

En fût. Verre de dégustation au Vermont Brewers Festival 2012 (Burlington, VT). Arôme: Légère odeur de baies de genièvre avec une pointe florale. Apparence: La couleur est brune avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût de baies de genièvre avec une pointe de pins et d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement vineuse.
