On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear brown with a white head. Aroma of sweet malt and floral hops. Flavor brings out more roasted malt, also light citrus and floral hops and sweet malt. Pretty good brown ale actually.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours dark, yet clear and with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted breadish. Caramelish to toffee flavoured. Bitter, roasted and dry malty. Dark malty and roasted finish.

On tap at American Flatbread. Pours a clear ruby and copper brown with a medium sized sticky beige head. A bit of soy sauce on the nose, malty and caramel sweet, toffee. Medium bodied, nice caramel tones, but a bit toward oxidized. Finishes up with more sweet lingering caramel and a touch of balancing bitterness.

On-tap in Burlington. Nice light brown color, medium body. Very flavorful, along the lines of a Sam Smith’s... great session brew. I was pleased with this one. Great with the smoky pizzas (flatbreads) sold here.

(draft) Clear brown body with beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, caramel, light nut, brown sugar. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, some nut, light roast. Soft light-medium body, light stickiness.

Tried on Beer Quest 2010 with all the guys. This was number 19. Pours a dark amber. Light brown head. Aroma is weak with some hints of wood. Flavor is malts, seaweed, and sawdust. Nice action on the palate.

Draft at brewpub in vt. Pours a typical brown clear body. Aroma is malts. Flavor is standard brown ale, malt, maybe some light nuts.
