COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our single-hopped Wheat IPA. This beer was launched as part of our I.P.April– a month long celebration of hoppy brews–and we decided to brew it with a different hop each year. Until we brewed it with Citra and then, well, we never turned back. Completely satisfyingly awesome in its crispiness and over-all well-rounded hopaliciousness. This beer might just be your Rushmore. 13.6°

16oz pour at Arvad’s in Waterbury. Pours a hazy orange with some creamy, almost pinkish white head. Nose is pleasant, sweet honey and malt, orange, lemon, grass, perfume, mild soap. Flavor has a touch of pine, but mostly orange and meyer lemon, some malt, grass. Incredibly refreshing finish. Hell of a thirst quencher.

Nice! Golden hazy pour. Citra hop citrus, pine, and straw in nose. Taste follows with a nice blend of fruit, pine, and grassy wheat tastes. Resinous and slightly sticky.

Growler poured this morning. Pale yellow hazy pour, nice white head. Aroma of lime, pineapple, orange and tart wheat. Flavor is essentially the same. Lemon, lime and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is creamy and smooth. Very low bitterness. All the hops are up front. Really neither sweet nor dry. Very well crafted. Complex, balanced, interesting, unique. Love it.

Un goût de citra en senteur en bouche également c est ce qui est le plus présent ,léger goût de banane . resineux au palet ,amertume présente mais discrète très sèche et rafraîchissante. Une excellente bière

Pours beautifully hazy with a golden hue. Light on the nose, hint of straw. Palate is sticky and resinous, refreshing and easy without being boring. Citra forward with plenty of pine to back it up. Hint of banana, lots of round wheaty flavors. Sessionable IPA that doesn’t overwhelm or disappoint.

Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a finger of white foam. Nice balance of citrus forward hops mingling with some earthy straw and light toasted malt backbone. Cloudy round mouthfeel keeps the edges soft and the hops stay focused. Easy drinker with a nice bitterness level on the finish.

From the source. Hazy gold, lasting head retention. Nose is packs with citra, fruit, pine and grass. Citra is a beautiful hop variety. Flavor is wheat with the awesome mixture of grassy, fruity and lightly piney hop. I can crush this beer with ease, any lover of cirta hop should order this. Love it!!

[5315-20130429] Tap. Lemon and grass citrus aroma. Hazy, light brown orange body with a long-lasting creamy white head and some creamy lacing. Bitter lemon pepper flavour has a light grainy lemon aftertaste. Medium body has a great bitter bite. Very tasty. (7/4+/8/4/16) 3.9

On tap at the perfect wife. Pours a light amber, cloudy. Light but solid hoppy flavor. Nice ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
