Our single-hopped Wheat IPA. This beer was launched as part of our I.P.April– a month long celebration of hoppy brews–and we decided to brew it with a different hop each year. Until we brewed it with Citra and then, well, we never turned back. Completely satisfyingly awesome in its crispiness and over-all well-rounded hopaliciousness. This beer might just be your Rushmore. 13.6°

Gravity at GBBF 2014. Poured a hazy, pale golden colour, with a dense white head. Aroma of citrus, hay and soft fruits. Pineapple and tinned fruit flavours, with some grain. Finish was wheat, grassy hop bitterness and white grape.

On tap at Black Back, Waterbury. Pours a medium golden and is topped by a medium white head that leaves good lacing. Nose is of candied lemon and citrus, nice. Taste is of pine, sugar, caramel, tropical fruits and light grass. Body is medium, carbonation too. Mouthfeel is sticky. Overall a nice offering by Zero Gravity!

Cask at Great British Beer Festival 2014, Olympia, London. A light golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, sweet tropical fruit aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, tropical fruit, slightly wheaty, slight sweetness, really mellow and incredibly drinkable. I could guzzle this all evening. Lovely IPA from Vermont.

1/2 Growler from Joe’s. Clear gold with small head and lace. Beautiful citrus pastry bready floral aroma. Mild tangy apricot tropical fruit sweetness and wheat tang with assertive citrusy spicy hops accentuated by fine lively carbo and light body. Fucking excellent. Right up there with Gumball Head (which I now see I forgot to rate it each time I had it...fuck!)

16oz pour at Arvad’s in Waterbury. Pours a hazy orange with some creamy, almost pinkish white head. Nose is pleasant, sweet honey and malt, orange, lemon, grass, perfume, mild soap. Flavor has a touch of pine, but mostly orange and meyer lemon, some malt, grass. Incredibly refreshing finish. Hell of a thirst quencher.
