COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our single-hopped Wheat IPA. This beer was launched as part of our I.P.April– a month long celebration of hoppy brews–and we decided to brew it with a different hop each year. Until we brewed it with Citra and then, well, we never turned back. Completely satisfyingly awesome in its crispiness and over-all well-rounded hopaliciousness. This beer might just be your Rushmore. 13.6°

Draft at blind tiger with Paul, Andy, max and jay. Pours a clear golden body with thin white lacing. Aroma is super pungent pine, pine needle, dank herb and bitter grapefruit. Mouthfeel is super fresh with notes of pine, bitter grapefruit rind, pinecone, grass and dank herb. Great IPA.

On tap in a pint glass. Pours hazy golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of floral and citrusy hops, a little spice, some light wheat, and some pale malts. Flavor the same with a nice blend of wheat and an IPA, but the hops are slightly off. Average texture. Not a bad beer, but not the best of the style.

Draft. Pours yellow orange with thick white head that lingers. Nice hop aroma with medium carbonation. The hop grapefruit flavors masks the wheat taste but enough cones through to make this beer quite enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at American Flat Bread / Zero Gravity: Pours a hazy golden color with a finger plus of white head. Aroma of fruit, wheat, and pine. Taste is much more similar to a citra / galaxy IPA than that of a wheat beer. The grapefruit, citrus, light-on-the-wheat flavor is a nice combination. A little bit bitter on the finish, and a little thinner bodied than I would have liked it to be, but generally a very tasty beer.

Beaucoup de verdure, la morsure du blé est rafraîchissante, l’amertume s’installe en douceur et repars aussi vite.

Pour is hazy golden with white head and good lacing. Aroma of grapefruits, piney, light malts. Taste is less intense than aroma, some grapefruits, light pine, wheat, moderate bitterness. Low body (even a bit watery), medium carb.

On tap at the Worthy Burger 8/15/13 in South Royalton, vt. Pours a hazy yellow with a thin off white head. Aroma of very fresh hops, resin, citrus. Taste is hop bitter upfront. Classic ipa, a little malt sweetness. All in al very good beer. First from zero gravity and very impressed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy dark golden color with a medium sized, creamy, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, light pine, citrus, and wheat. Taste of citrus, light pine, tropical fruits, and a bitter finish with crisp wheatiness.

The aroma is hop forward, citrus, some wheat, nice. The appearance is hazy yellow/orange, white head. The flavor is citrus, flowers, cereal grains. The finish is citrus, flowers. Medium in body. Excellent.
