Aroma: Fruity, slightly sour notes above. Light malty touches. Not as clan it could be 6-
Clean, fairly smooth bodied, medium full body. Malty – fruity personality. Soft and silky but it slightly sour notes made this Bock slightly unclean feel.

Aug 17, 2005 (Draught) Sampled at the brewpub in Burlington, VT. Pours a creamy, thin white head with a clear golden body. Nose is lactic. Smooth flavour with mild hops and yeast. Finish is very smooth with a bitter hoppy finish. Very good!

Large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes, de céréales et d’épices. Long arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture crémeuse. Arrière goût de céréale. Jul 24, 2005 Sample at VTBrewfest - Nice golden yellow in color with a small whitish head. Flavor is malty/caramel with flowery hops. Some alcohol aftertaste, unfortunately.

Jul 19, 2005 Draught pint at the brewpub; this was listed as "Helles Bock" at the VT Brewers’ Fest and "Summer Bock" at ther restaurant. Very light blonde with a hint of haze, smallish decaying head....flowery, caramel/honey aroma, hints of light smoke, enticing....body lightly perfumy, very sweet, full-bodied and fairly quaffable at least until too-strong alcohol notes set in. Bit sticky at midpalate and after.
