Draft. Pours a hazy copper color with a small frothy head. Nose is light caramel with a light sweetness and fall spiciness. Palate is full and slick with a light bite. Flavors of pumpkin (squash I guess) with some pepper notes and a nice spicy bite.

On tap at Vermont Tap House.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a chilled/hazy burnt orange color with a bartender’s pour of a head. Barely any lacing, but I’m not worried.
The smell had the gourdish squash (semi-sweet) with a light bitter grassiness coming about. Malts lay underneath and come out as it warms.
The taste was moderately sweet through the squash and the malts. A decent blend leads into the aftertaste and leaves a sticky finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium in body with a fairly nice sessionable feel. Carbonation feels nice.
Overall, good beer that I was told was an Oktoberfest with squash to blend.

Sampled at Pro Pig, Amber brown color with medium head. This thing is filled with strong spice like nutmeg and pumpkin along with some malt and vegetal tones. Too much spice and earth.

In short: A biscuity, toasted and spicy beer of some kind. Decent.
How: Tap at brewpub.
The look: Partly cloudy amber body topped by a persistent small off-white head.
In long: Nose is estery, spicy candies, dried fruits. Taste is very biscuity, lots of slightly nutty grainy cookies, a fun spiciness, bread crumbs, candies, a slice of sweet bananas, a toasted semi-dry finish. A decent beer but I’m just not that much into spiced beer. Named after the elusive famous ape-like creature, and there are two types of people in North-America, those who don’t talk about Sasquatch sightings all the time and does anyone wanna talk about Sasquatch sightings with me?

on tap-tight offwhite-hazy amber. A-vegetal, med malt. T-sweet veggies, some nutmeg, med malt. Med body.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2012 On tap at American Flatbread. Aroma has hints of caramel, spices, and squash. Amber color with off white head. Taste has very pronounced squash with spices. Light body. Overall, it’s how a seasonal/fall beer should taste. The spices do not taste artificial and the squash tastes like a squash beer should taste like. This season, I’ve sampled lots of local pumpkin beers and this has been my favorite so far.

On draft at the brewery. A spicy Autumn/fall beer. Pumpkin and fall spices in the once and aroma, Dirty dark yellow color.
