BCTC. Cloudy gold pour. Bready and bretty aroma is dry, light, and dull. A firm, fine body backs up a pretty boring flavor that, though not flawed, doesn’t showcase anything special. The pretty normal mix of dryish pale malts, lightly spicy yeast and a touch of fruity esters.

A fresh and efficient saison with original yeast character for a draught offering.
Fair dose of pineapple and citrusy funk. Sourdough-like yeastiness gives the nose a heavy nod. It’s not quite as captivating in mouth, but manages to refresh its drinker with its wheat abundance. Dries out nicely.
Quick finish. Carbonation could be amped up a little. A bit watery texture.

Had on tap at the restaurant. Decent saison. Complex fruity aroma. Light body. Refreshing.

Draft at Brewpub: Tiny head with tiny bubbles, light straw color, earthy sweet aroma. This is a great farmhouse ale, a little bit of funky, a quickly dissipating carbonation,a great summer beer.
