May 2016 - Keg at Zerodegrees Blackheath as ’Zerodegrees Pale Ale’. Hazy yellow orange, lightly sparkling, foamy off-white head, full lacing. Aroma is tangerine and passionfruit. Body is light, quite smooth, a bit foamy. Taste has a burnt toffee base, pretty grassy and clean, assertive bitterness, quite hoppy and floral, chalky, straw and grapefruit. Has everything you expect in the style and is a good example. A bit thin bodied and served too cold but won’t hold that against it too much (3.6)

Draught at the Reading Zerodegrees Brewpub on 22 March 2014. Poured a hazy orange, with a dense, white head and good lacing. Light, malty aroma, with some peach sweetness. Initial flavours of light tropical fruit, bread and straw. Finish was citrus hop, toffee and cake.

Dark amber, offwhite head, floral nose. Almost soapy. Medium body and carbonation..soapy hops..perhaps served a bit green...with a Pithy grapefruit finish.

Some malt, nut and fruit but a little washy and not enough hop or bite for the style. OK but nothing special.

Served at the Zerodegrees brewpub in Bristol. Copper coloured, with a floral and hoppy aroma. Best of the 5 beers we tried there and chose this one as a 5 pint take away.

Cask at NWAF 2012. Amber with an off-white head. Hoppy and fruity aroma with citrus and malt. Quite sweet with a slightly artificial fruit flavour and a lightly citrussy finish with a mild bitterness. Not the most refreshing APA, but decent enough. (2013-01-25)
