2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Ungstrup (26194) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 13, 2007
Draft at the brewpub in Greenwich, July 2006. A hazy yellow beer with a thin white head - I don’t like hazy pilseners - call them Kellerbiers instead. The aroma is very lightly malty, while the flavor is sweet malty with a strong flowery hop note, is it East Kent Goldings? leading to a OK bitter end.

Yellow, golden body, fizzy white head. Full and persistent. Doesn’t achieve that Bohemian style which I prefer. Easy drinking though. Nothing offensive.
