COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Regular. Only available at the brewpub. Served under pressure from tanks.
Continental style golden lager, unfiltered to retain freshness. The pleasing malt character is balanced by 100% Czech Saaz - highly prized for their delicate bitterness and fresh lime-fruit flavour.

On tap at Zerodegrees, Blackheath. Pale gold with disappearing white head. Fresh aroma, light and pleasing in mouth. Decent lemony citrus finish, could do with a bit more bite maybe. Very easy drinking

Ungstrup (29474) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 13, 2007
Draft at the brewpub in Greenwich, July 2006. A hazy yellow beer with a thin white head - I don’t like hazy pilseners - call them Kellerbiers instead. The aroma is very lightly malty, while the flavor is sweet malty with a strong flowery hop note, is it East Kent Goldings? leading to a OK bitter end.

bluevegie (3057) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUN 9, 2006
On tap at 0degrees Bristol. Found this refreshing after a day of bitters, clean and crisp but no hard bite with some yeast in there giving some body, lemon aroma.

Cask Handpump at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 26/10/2002 Clear golden coloured and smooth on the palate with some wheat and hop aromas. Pleasant finish.

Draught, at Zerodegrees Brewpub, Blackheath, London.
Yellow, golden body, fizzy white head. Full and persistent. Doesn’t achieve that Bohemian style which I prefer. Easy drinking though. Nothing offensive.

Crystal clear pale straw body with a white head. Aroma is medium sweet, some grassy, light lemon. Taste is medium sweet, grassy/herbal, light lemon. Light body, some crispness.

johninmelb (1126) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 15, 2005
Draft at Bristol. Anaemic looking, pale straw colour. Mainly unispired, shallow and disappointing, although a fresher drinkable quality suggess itself at the end. Needs work.

Keg, Blackheath - with joet. Oily, butterscotch lager with mild woody, vanilla notes. Softly carbonated.

Gazza (726) - Worcester, Worcestershire, ENGLAND - NOV 2, 2004
Thin, pale and gassy brew with a subtle grassy hop taste - very much like Krusovice the Czech lager. (Pressurised @ Zero Degrees, Bristol)
