[Keg at ZeroDegrees Reading] Slightly cloudy gold with a neat, thick white head and slight fizz. Weird aroma - kind of a sweet and sour mashed up biscuit - that I found alternately appealling and repulsive. On tasting there’s a real sour ale thing going on; by degrees vinegar-sour, then tart, then lemon-sharp. The sweet, sticky peach syrup is there, but only in the background. After the initial shock I was really rather enjoying this by the end, but it’s so different to their other fruit beers that I was left wondering if it’s a batch that has gone wrong and created this intriguing beer in error.

Blackheath - with joet. Shitty appearance. Sweet and sour. Drinkable, but not exciting.
