(Bottle, Hamrestugan, Duved, Sweden, 18 March 2014) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, caramel and chocolate. Malty, roasted taste with notes of caramel, chocolate, raisins, prunes, dark rye bread and a finish with low bitterness and sweet hints of burnt sugar. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. In my book more of a dunkel/tmave than a vienna, but fairly drinkable whatever you call it.

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops, bread, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, and bread, leading to a dry finish..

Crazy sweet malts in the aroma. looks good, I’ll grant it that - dark. sweet - way too sweet. that’s it - it may be malty but it’s too fucking sweet. sticky palate. not a refreshing beer at all.
