Hobby brew for the Geel Saters- en Bacchantengilde, limitedly commercialized through the ’Proef’brouwerij. Moussy, regular, cream white, stable head over a peach blonde beer with ochre hue, cloudy. Fruity sweetness in the nose, banana, orange, vanilla, honey, marzipan, aniseed, gingerbread, coriander. Vivid fruity onset, fresh citrus effect, delicate fizz, honeyish and caramelly malts, retronasal ethereal spiciness (cinnamon, cloves, coriander seed), mildly hop bitter but something phenolic as well.

Draft, somewhere in Geel, Belgium. Pours a cloudy golden beer with a big, white head on top. Aroma is yeasty, Belgianny and spicy. Flavour is bittersweet, with both touches of herbal hops and sweet, fruity yeasty esters. Quite a decent ale in my opinion.
