Pours unclear blonde, ok white head. Smell is sweet, some pzrfumysweetener i’m not all to familiar with, as well as malts. Bit yeasty as well. Taste is likewise. Mild bitterness, but mostly the sweetness is in the picture. Aromatic, and a showcase of Balance. Aftertaste still has the aromatic sweetness, touch of sugar (barely) and Lovely hops. Bit metallic, but it Fits in perfectly. I don’t know how or why, but this is one of the best ’streekbierke’s ’ i’ve had so far !

Hobby brew for the Geel Saters- en Bacchantengilde, limitedly commercialized through the ’Proef’brouwerij. Moussy, regular, cream white, stable head over a peach blonde beer with ochre hue, cloudy. Fruity sweetness in the nose, banana, orange, vanilla, honey, marzipan, aniseed, gingerbread, coriander. Vivid fruity onset, fresh citrus effect, delicate fizz, honeyish and caramelly malts, retronasal ethereal spiciness (cinnamon, cloves, coriander seed), mildly hop bitter but something phenolic as well.
