Pours pale to medium amber with a short ivory head diminishing rapidly to a thin skim, spotty lacing. (3/5) Nose is grainy caramel malt, toasty and slightly nutty. (5/10) Taste is moderate sweet, almost non-existent bitter. (4/10) Light body, moderate to low carbonation, slightly sticky finish. (3/5) Thin and light bodied despite the darker colour, certainly nothing impressive in the flavours. Mostly malty and boring, with a little toasted flavour that drops dead pretty quickly. Maybe marginally better than most other AB-InBev offerings. (Didnít know it was AB-InBev when I ordered it, but there wasnít much doubt by the time I was finished.) (8/20)

Not horrible and not great either a run of the mill amber a little too carbonated for me and a little on the watery side for flavor about like a more flavorful lite beer.

355ml twist off bottle. Didnít realize this was inbev at first. First beer in Texas(not first purchased but ffirst consumed) and its inbev, perfect. Amber pour. Smells like a polite malt liquor. Flavor is sugary water though not over the top sweet. Men.

Pretty much entirely terrible. A little worse than the Honduran lagers Iíve been drinking for the past week. Pours amber with OK head and lacing. Rusty, and paint thinner aromas. Some caramel. Tap at Houston airport.

Like a shitty Yuengling. Budís attempt to compete with Shiner in Texas. Itís cheap.

Light aroma, light caramel and very light roast aroma. Dark brown pour, light white head. Malty, lagery, light caramel malt. Not so bad. Thank goodness for the steak Iím about to eat.

Bottle at home. Pours a light brown with a thin quickly dissipating head. Aroma of slight caramel. Flavor follows and was slightly sour. Light bodied. Decent beer but not great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hey, not too bad. Easy to drink and not over bearing. My go to beer with chili and any other hearty dish I can get my hands on

On tap poured into a weizen glass. The aromas are mellow, but malty, with tones of caramel, butterscotch, nuts, and a slight charred quality. It pours a dark, hazy brown orange color (cola) with a light, soapy tan head that disappears completely by mid glass leaving an oily surface and a light lace. The taste is medium levels of sweet with a slight burnt bitterness. The texture is thin and oily with a medium-light body and a light, fuzzy carbonation that comes across as nearly flat. There a dominant nuttiness to the flavor with some citrus and butterscotch. It finishes relatively clean with a light burnt aftertaste that fades fast.

Deep dark brown coloured body with a bit of a cola glow and a super thin, small layer of a tan head. Aroma of vanilla, caster sugar, caramel and a touch of toasted malt and perhaps some light nuts - not much else there at all. Light-bodied; Strong toasted malt flavour with a bit of cereal and grain noticeable, some pungent caramel notes and a little bit of a nutty and metallic twang at the end. Aftertaste shows some decent sweetness, but mainly a grainy, cereal and metallic flavour that doesnít show too well. Overall, a noticeabley mass produced beer with some decent flavour, but not enough to pass as a good beer worth drinking again. I sampled this pint on draught at Friends Bar in Austin, Texas on 05-May-2014 for US$4.99.
