Pours copper brown with a lacing off-white head. Caramel malty aroma with a vague spice note. Flavour is mild sweet with an acidic note and a nice yeasty flavour. The nose is spicy with a blend of yeast esters, light banana, fruity caramel and a earthy hop note that really livens it up. Sweet yeasty flavor with some pepper and coriander notes. Poured a medium brownish / orangish color with a larger sized off white head. Aromas of toasted malts, grains, yeasty, earthy, stale christmas tree, and spices.
