Bottle 75cl.
Clear medium amber brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dark berry. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081213]

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a huge light tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel, yeast, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of fruit, and lighter notes of caramel and Belgian yeast, leading to a dry bitter finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to orange with a dense off-white head. Dry yeasty and caramel malty aroma. Light spiced hoppy too. Flavour is smooth caramel malty, light hoppy and yeasty. Smooth and mellow. Lingering malty finish with a light hoppy note.

Bottle 75 cl. Slightly hazy amber golden with a dense, off-white head leaving laces. Medium body, a little fruit and yeast and somewhat overcarbonated. Surprisingly bitter finish. 291208

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks XA!). Hazy orange colour, small off-white creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some spices, raisins and yeast along with some slight caramel malty notes Flavour is being quite similar in a very nice balance. Raisins, spices and sweet malts in the aftertaste.

Draught@Black Door. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is very fruity and also has some wooden sweetness. Flavour is grassy hops, some wood, slight yeast and mild sweet malts as well. Not very exciting.

Bottle. Hazy orange coloured with a huge off white head. Fruity aroma of caramel, spices, yeast, hops and pine needles. Fruity flavour of spices, yeast, hops and pine needles with notes of grass and liquorice. Hoppy finish.

75cl bottle. Pours unclear amber with a creamy white head & lacings. Nose is spicy & yeasty. Medium palate & mouthfeel. Overall quite spicy & herbal with some hoppy notes. Little citric & metallic. Enjoyable - yet still very forgettable!

Hazy dark amber color, creamy head. Dusty malt and caramel aroma. Good body strength, caramel flavor with an unfortunate vegetables correction; but luckily there is also some evident altough aged hopping, quite strong. Not at its peak but quite good.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, yeast, spices and caramel.

75cl bottle, thanks Travir. Murky apple cider body with small beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, apple, light caramel, yeast. Taste is moderately sweet, apple, some caramel, light alcohol. Smooth medium body.
