It looks like the wolf is still having his way with poor little red riding hood. Bottle at first DC tasting of 2010. Bright orange color with a white head that clears quickly. Aroma of orange peel and coriander. Flavor has malts up front, then a bit our sour in the middle, some citrus, and a slightly bitter and dry finish. Interesting.

330 cL bottle from Whole Foods PM. Pours turbid brownish ruby with 3-finger, frothy head. Nose is earthy vienna malt, vinous fruit, spice. Tastes malty, fruity, I dare say barleywiney, with some mild spice. Works OK as an X-mas ale, but works even better as a barleywine.

2014 Bottle from the brewery on the eurostar home
murky cola brown with beigish head collapsing to lacing. Fruity, slightly earthy and autolysis on nose. Full bodied, sweet plums with a dry mineral bitterness and slightly sticky Christmas cake finish with a nutmeg note

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.fr. Pours deep brown. Aroma is spice and sweet malt. Taste brings a Belgian dark ale candi sugar sweetness with some noticeable spice and dried dark fruits. Tasty.

330ml bottle from Belgium in a Box - Body is a hazy chestnut brown with a preposterous massive light tan head. Nose is grains and spicy Belgian yeast. Taste is spicy yeast with raisin, dried fig, cherry, toasted nuts, grapes and sugar cane. Not as syrupy as I’d expected in the mouthfeel, and feels a little flat and thin. Other than that, enjoyable.

ASPETTO: mogano scuro con riflessi granata. Schiuma abbondante fine e decisamente persistente.

Bottle, BBE 22/10/15. Pours an auburn brown with a decent, beige head. Aroma is a tad spicy, dark fruit, some dark maltiness. Taste is yeasty, dark fruity, some spiciness, anise. Fairly light with decent carbonation. Forgettable.

Piana g?sta i kremowa, w kolorze be?owa, ?rednio i drobno p?cherzykowa, trwa?a. Na powierzchni piwa, w ?rodku szk?a tworzy si? fajny spieniony kopczyk. Aromat go?dzikowy, s? nuty kwiatowe, ?liwki, znikoma w?dzonka (?). ?liwki i go?dziki wraz z innymi przyprawami. Alkohol umiej?tnie schowany.
