Cloudy yellow color, very beautiful consistant foam. Smells of quinces, alcohol and hops. Bitter first taste which gets more balanced afterwards. No real particular taste, you get warm from the alcohol but that’s all.

C’est sympathique, mais c’est un peu trop sévère pour moi. Du gaz, de l’acidulé franc d’agrume, peu de malt ... C’est vachement strict tout de même ... Je trouve ça agréable mais ça fait un peu IPA pour clergyman ...

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a tall steady head. Aroma has sweet Belgian yeast and floral hops. Sweet malty taste with yeast and honey. Nice finish, more hoppy than average. Very balanced.

33cl teku. Pours a very abundant, frothy and rocky, ivory white head; cloudy golden colour. Smells very fresh and grainy, huge hay, floral, yeasty, cheesy. Tastes citrus, fruity, hoppy, grassy, herbs; low to moderate sweetness, medium + bitterness from the generous hoppiness, very light acidic. Lively carbonation, medium body, creamy, quite long hoppy finish. A solid belgian blonde, sure fits better a summer sunny day than a febraury evening : D nice and refreshing

Had this at Fiere Margriet a while back and bought it again because I’m pretty much going to try anything De la Senne brews. Saisony kind of dry hoppy refreshing ale. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a great white head. Nice and crisp. Great beer.

on tap at Eulogy in Philadelphia; gold color; mild fruity aroma; nice mild fruity notes on a bready malt base with light caramel notes; light and easy drinking; slightly sour finish

Cloudy golden body with a very large, creamy, off-white, long-lived head that laces the glass well. A bit dull and boring moderate aroma of faint sweet fruits, Belgian yeast, pale malts and grain. Quite strong flavour that follows the aroma, with additional juniper and pepper. Light sweet and moderate dry taste. Light-bodied, moderate carbonation, very dry texture, light astringent. Nah.
[33 cl bottle, 5.8% ABV, enjoyed 4 months after bottling, courtesy of my wife’s mother’s cousin...
