Canned. Clear golden body with a fluffy white head on its top. Easy, malty aroma ruled by biscuits and bread underpainted by mild grassy hops. Slick mouthfeel. Short, citric finish. No surprises as expected…

Can from an Autogrill in Austria. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of fruit and mild herb. Med body. Flavvor of slightly toasted bread and herb noble hop. It’s actually quite bitter. Somehow it’s not working for me, but it should.

From 0,5 bottle, BBD: 11.2014, Pours clear light golden liquid, small soapy white head, Aroma: almost no aroma, malty, grainy, light metallic, Taste: light sweet, light bitter, light sour, medium metal off flavor, malty, grainy, watery, Palate: light body, slick texture, average carbonation, abrupt bitter finish. Overall: boring pale lager, certainly nothing to do with märzen beer style.

On tap at Bachtavern. Pours clear light yellow with white head that disappeared very quickly. Aroma is malt, hint of grassy hops. Taste is malt, grassy hops. A bit too watery for a marzen.

Veraltet wirkendes Erscheinungsbild, Geschmack ist aber gut. Auch der Nachgeschmack ist angenehm!

Bottle, in Lake Como region Italy, bought in Austria. Malty aroma with a little bit of wheat but still quite weak for a marzen. Pours clear golden colored with a thin white head and no lacing. Quite a bit of maltiness with with notes of wheat, similar finish. Nothing stands out in it but still a good refreshing beer.

50cl can @ home thanks to bierkoning. Hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste lightly malts, slightly hay, some hops and a nice citrussy touch. Decent body and carbonation. Pretty nice, way better than expected.

33cl can. A rather average bee for me, it has decent foam with pale yellow colour. Taste is a little salty, but there are the usual malt and hop (rather pils than marzen). Body is light and oily. Quite pricy for the average quality.
