500 ml bottle. Clear pale yellow colour, medium head quickly vanishing, nearly no lacing, soft carbonation. A bit malty, but overall low impact in the nose. Taste is again light malty, medium bitterness, watery, one-dimensional. Light bitter finish. Drinkable, but altogether boring industrial lager.

0,33l bottle. I had the Original Import version with the "ein glas heller freude" label tag line. Pale yellow colour with quickly disppearing small white head. Aroma: Intense honey with notes of elderflower. I’m surprised. Taste: Sweet malty with a very light bitter mouthfeel. The malty caracter is very strong, not the usual pale lager taste. A bit spicey (pepper) too. Light body with fizzy carbonation. Medium lasting sweet/sour and a bit dry finish. It was a surprise for me, I expected something watery and typical lager but this is better.

Pale yellow color, with small fast fading head. Metallic taste, slight malty aroma with malty sweetness. Industrial lager, slight worse than average.

0.5 l can. Shares alll the characteristics of an average commercial pale lager, but with a bit more hops in aroma and taste than the usual. These bitterish hops scent/taste make it slightly above average for me.
