3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy orange/amber with a big white fluffy head that dissipates slowly, leaving some lacings. Aroma is malty, with bread and milk, some carful fruity notes of apple, citrus and grass. Taste is initially bready malt with some honey and cookies, also a detectable grassy hoppiness which also finishes slight bitter. Medium body, soft to medium carbo, oily texture. Well balanced.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: NOV 2, 2014 Hazy golden colour, with a lasting white head. Sweet aroma of caramel and honey, almost no noticable hops. Pleasant sweet malt taste, with a short bitter finish. Overall a good beer, only the palate is disappointing, with a bit of a thin, watery mouthfeel. Kellerbier is a great style, and this is a particularly nice example.

Bottle 500ml (MBS)
Golden, pale amber color, medium-sized white head, some lace. Malty, grassy and slightly grainy nose. Light to medium-bodied. Nice malty flavor, slightly sweet, clean with light earthy hoppyness. I could image this as Helles too. Wellbrewed everyday lager.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a golden straw color, shy of anything copper. Head is generous but depletes quickly. Herbal faint caramel malts. Pretty average standard kellarbier. A little too much on the malty side, could benefit from more hops. Mouthfeel moderate in body and carbonation.
