Bottle. Medium high fluffy but lasting white head. Clear amber body. Sweet mild barley malt hops aroma. Flavor of barley malt bread hay, relatively sweet but with a fair amount of hops bitterness. Alochol level seems just right. Low carbonation. Long light bitter finish. Better than expected.

Bottle from a bottle shop in Germany (forgot which one). Light bready smell, also fruity. Similar taste. Malty kellerbier. Nothing special.

Bottled 500ml. -from www.beershop.hr Unclear golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, slight honeyish malty nose. Sweet malty, light hoppy, touch of apples and rather short finish. Boring one.

bottle, picked up in a nuremberg kiosk. golden with a modest head; roma of hay and caramel; rather lacking in character for a kellerbier and bit fizzy; light tinny bitterness, so-so

Hazy orange/amber with a big white fluffy head that dissipates slowly, leaving some lacings. Aroma is malty, with bread and milk, some carful fruity notes of apple, citrus and grass. Taste is initially bready malt with some honey and cookies, also a detectable grassy hoppiness which also finishes slight bitter. Medium body, soft to medium carbo, oily texture. Well balanced.

UPDATED: NOV 2, 2014 Hazy golden colour, with a lasting white head. Sweet aroma of caramel and honey, almost no noticable hops. Pleasant sweet malt taste, with a short bitter finish. Overall a good beer, only the palate is disappointing, with a bit of a thin, watery mouthfeel. Kellerbier is a great style, and this is a particularly nice example.

(Draught at Meisterstück, Berlin, 24 July 2014) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, doughy malt, hay and a touch of vanilla. Malty taste with notes of bread, hay, hints of peaches and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a soft and rounded malt profile. Balanced sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite enjoyable.
