Bottle. Golden with a small head. Aromas are toffee malts with sweet pear and floral, lightly soapy notes. Flavours are sweet grain and earthy, ripe pear with fruit tea. Toffee malts with some herbal notes. Some citrus bitterness on the finish. Decent.

Aroma of malts, fruits and grain.
Sweet flavoru of malts, grain and fruits with notes notes of sulphur and hops.

Average fizzy off-white head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework. Clear flat looking bodied with a golden color. Aroma of sweet herbal, tee, peach. Over the palate came toffee, grain, fruit. Light bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Light to moderated sweet flavor with light bitterness. Light dry and sweet finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours almost clear golden yellow to orange with a fully diminished white head. Light cornish and cardboard aroma. Flavour is medium dry malt and light hoppy. Light bitterness and mild cardboard finish. A style I’m obviously strugling with to appreciate.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Malty grainy aroma with some grassy hints. Sweet malty bready and grassy flavor. Has a sweet malty finish.

Bottled, 500ml, courtesy of Der doppelbock (Sebastian). Clear gold with short lasting head. Ale from lager malts & hops, now where do we see this?? Sharp, crisp hop, light, slightly thin and bitter. Light body with a faint sweetness.
