50 cl bottle. Pours almost clear golden yellow to orange with a fully diminished white head. Light cornish and cardboard aroma. Flavour is medium dry malt and light hoppy. Light bitterness and mild cardboard finish. A style I’m obviously strugling with to appreciate.

Bottled. Clear golden, rich but fairly brief head. Fruity papery nose. Medium bodied with average sweetness and clean mouthfeel. Some light flavours of paper and grass before a quick finish with fairly low bitterness. Disappointing and rough.

Hazy copper color, almost no head. Strong aroma of grains. Light malt flavor, quite strong grain flavor too. Some more hopping would be appreciated.

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2010 Bottle. It pours an almost amber body, clear, and with a finger-thick off-white head. Some cellar in the aroma, with a little caramel, and a good breadyness running the show. Cellar, bread and caramel in the mouth, all quite weak, and slightly sourish. Medium body. Some bitterness to finish it. A boring and all over weak beer that aren’t refreshing either. Guess some food is required. Rating: 4-3-4-3-8-2.2. 100108

Bottle. It’s a clear, dark golden beer, quite carbonated, with a big, dense, off-white head on top. Caramel and some malts in the aroma, hops too, in a generic way. Caramel and a little bitterness keeps the pale malts company in the mouth, medium bodied, a bit over carbonated and quite dry. Bitter finish. A nice one, but one-dimensional. 100327
