Maybe not the strongest aroma and a bit too clear appearance, but the taste is beautiful, fool of malts and hops. Feels of sweetness, slightly bitter, thin texture, lively, finish is bitter and proper.

Láhev 500 ml. Stočeno čerstvě přímo v pivovaru. Lehké aroma připomínající chlebový kvas a šlehačku.

Draught at Zly Casy, Prague. Clear pale golden beer with a lovely white head. Malty bready aroma, caramel, slightly spicy, grassy hops. Hoppy grassy flavor, bready, biscuits, fruity notes, very nice bitterness. Long hay like hop finish. Good beer.

Draught @ Zlý Časy, Prague. Once again a Bohemian pilsner with all the taste left. Well, OK, this is a bit on the light or easy side, but still. Quite refreshing.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of grain and hay, with a hint of butter. Sweetish malty flavour with biscuit and bread.

Tap at hostinec richtar jakub. Clear golden colour, medium white head. Aroma of overripe apples, but not unpleasant, citrus fruits (lemon, lime), minor hops. Light to medium bitter, light to medium sweet. Light bittersweet finish. strange, sweetish, fruity. Not bad, but will not be my favourite.

on tap at the brewery. i was pretty thirsty after a morning’s cycling to get to the brewpub and this certainly hit the spot. light hay and honey aroma; pale golden with a head that wasn’t given much chance to prove its longevity; light dusty bitterness with hints of menthol. veyr pleasant indeed

Bottle. Pours a medium straw, slightly hazy, with a firm white head. Malty nose, fainty buttery diacetyl notes, yeast, hops, citrus, and maybe some brett? Light bodied, dry, medium bitterness. Slightly funky taste, yeast, malt, distinct notes of noble hops, some diacteyl, and a faint, sour note? Reminds me more of a German pils than a Czech, and there’s something about the faint funkyness that makes me wonder if this is OK. (2010-10-23)
