Tranquillity (1405) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - JUN 3, 2008
Bottled, thanks fatphil! Aroma of grains and raisins. Deep amber-red colour, thick beige head. Taste weak in alcohol, it’s more like rye bread milkshake. Not bad, quite refreshing actually.

tomer (1620) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - MAY 13, 2008
0.5L bottle, medium head, medium brown colour with red taints. Strange hoppy aroma, extremely skunky and almost repulsive, with just a touch of malt. Taste of caramel and some bitter chocolate, feels a bit diluted. Goes well with food but nothing more than that.

larsga (6120) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 1, 2008
UPDATED: SEP 29, 2008 Medium beige head with unevenly sized bubbles. Deep dark translucent red body. Earthy fruity aroma of wood, toffee, and wild berries. Dryish metallic grainy licorice toffee and wood taste with peppery hop notes. Some sweetness. Soft, velvety mouthfeel. Very harmonic and balanced. A bit watery. Somewhat reminiscent of soft drinks. Not at all bad. (0.5l bottle from Systembolaget, Charlottenberg as Zlatopramen Half’n’half. Rerated as same.)

Bottled as "Zlatopramen Half ’n’ Half" (BB 07/2008)
Bottle from Systembolaget. Beautiful clear chesnut color, small beige head. Bready and ryeish aroma. Flavor is quite close to Zlatopramen Dark. Decent body with rounded mouthfeel. Ryeish malty, a bit harsh and woody, toned caramel. Woody bitterish aftertaste. Standard Czech dark beer.

Maria (10119) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAR 1, 2008
Comes as Half n’ Half. Dark amber red/brown with a small, dense head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, hops and turnips. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of citrus, that gives (especially the finish) a dry bitterness, but also malt, caramel and hints of turnips. The overall impression isn’t very strong.

Bottle. Pours a reddish-brown colour with a white head. The nose is malty - mostly dark bread - and some hops. Flavour is light roasted malts - bread, some coffee and molasses. Also has some weird undefinable notes. Some bitter hops. Thin bodied.

OleR (4752) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 30, 2007
500 ml bottle (4.8% abv) from Systembolaget. Brewed by Krásné Březno for the Sweedish market (Sweedish text on the rear label). Pours a clear amber color under a thin mostely lasting off-white head. Moderate aroma of medium sweet malts, dark fruits (mainly plums) and light grassy hops. Lightly toasted malts and dark fruits in the flavor. Prononced bitterness. Light to medium body. Quite mothfilling considering the low abv. Malty and slight bitter end. A well composed and solid Dunkel.
