Clear medium amber brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, chocolate, roasted notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (230808)

Dark reddish brown colored, vanishing light brown head. The aroma is notes of roasted malt and licorice. Flavour was light sweetness and notes of caramel. Oily palate.

Bottle, thx to papsoe.It pours a clear, ruby body with a nice, beige head. Caramel sweetness, a touch of bread, some dried fruits and some chocolate notes in the aroma. The flavor has dried fruits, chocolate, caramel and a sugary sweetness. Full-bodied and quite effervescent. I like the sweetness of this one, it suits the darker flavors and aromas well, and it’s sure a quaffable beer. (080823)

Bottle at Ulfborg RB tasting. Thanks papsoe. Dark ruby colour with mediuml head. Aroma of dark malts and fruit with a little raspberry. Flavour is fruity with caramel and roasted malt.

50cl bottle. Pours dark brown with a creamy brown head. Medium body. taste is of bread & caramel with an ashy edge. Average!

It has a dark roasted, hoppy scent; dark, malted brown in colour; It has the distinctive sweet, darker roasted floavour to it, some bitterness which is masked by the sweetness; the bitterness and sweet taste does not mask the chemical aftertaste.

Quite sour and lightly roasted beer with a rather boring, flat malt falvour and a slightly bitt5er finish.

50 cL bottle, comes as Dark Beer, 4.8%. Pours dark brown with a deep redish glare and a slowly diminishing tan head. Mild roasted malt aroma. Sweet malt flavour. Light roasted and mild fruity note following. Shows a brief liqourice note before the finish. This goes into the finish mixing with a nice bitterness. Lovely!

Dark, aroma of caramel, dark Munich malts, no raost, no smoke, but a kind ashy touch, coke and cardboard, nice lacing.
