quite light, but ok, bohemian pils aroma with alcoholic note, bitter but slightly thin.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2007 Bottle. Beautiful clear pils with a huge white head. Not much in the nose, but it’s a clean not much. Flavor is most of the same, grassy and crisp. Palate is fantastic though, full-bodied and strong, making it a really drinkable beer.

12 oz. bottle provided by Doboy.POured into a Pilsener glass, this showed a nice white head over a light gold, but the head collapsed pretty quickly. Some oxidation noticed in the aroma, also some light grainy notes, but not much else. Light body with a pretty clean palate. Flavor is undewhelming with a light maltiness, a fairly strong bitterness, and a bit of a a metallic aftertaste. Overall, the aroma, flavor, green bottle, and overseas origin lead me to believe that this wasn’t the freshest example. That’s why I tend to shy away from similar beers from Europe - jsut too risky with such a delicate style.

bottle - Pours clear bright yellow with a one finger, fading head. It has a light hop and grainy aroma. The mild flavor is of malt and possibly corn adjuncts. It’s very sweet. The body is thin and the finish clean. Overall? Meh.

25 oz bottle. Clean aroma with a hint of corn, a bit of grass, and the promise of hop. Brassy color with a vigorous white head that lasts. Starts medium mouthfeel, smooth, medium carbonation, and decent amount of hop. It’s a pilsener. Better than any number of pissy yellow lagers; not up to Urquell. Nice crisp, bitter finish, so it is up to the style.

Skunky scent. Pale straw like colour. Way too much head, very thick and long lasting. LEave a nice lacing though. Weak slightly skunky scent. Watery. Weak taste, some hobs a bit of malts. Overall watery and weak with an unpleasant aftertaste.

A mediumlow pilsner beer, which was pleasent at the first sips, but after a while went boring.

Golden with no head. Not a bad pils here. Pretty dry, a nice texture, but not a whole lot of flavor. Pretty good and refreshing though.

bottle: The grassy/skunk smell almost turned me off before I tasted it. Poured a pale yellow with little head. Typical light lager taste, however, the little trace of skunk still put me off. I won’t be rushing out for more of this one. Lot’s of better lager/pilsner choices out there.

Sampled out of a bottle. Was overwelmed with a skunky pilsner scent but quickly noted that it wasnt as bad as i thought and was decent. Appearance was very pale but still not bad. Mouthfeel was smooth and flavor was an average pilsner. Overall an average beer."
