2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle green, 500 ml, 12 P
Appearance: Pours bright golden, clear, well filtered, but deeper in its body colour than the 10 P counterpart, carbonation is soft in body texture as the beer is quickly decarbonating and head initial appearance is small to medium and slowly decreasing to a small froth on body surface. Head is white in colour and is leaving great lacing.
Aroma: A hint of positive, good quality fresh hops, sourness, fresness, herbal notes, a bit chalky, alcohol is totally hidden and maltyness is also hidden as the beer is cold, when it gets warmer some sweet oily maltyness notes are becoming present.
Flavour: Bitter, hoppy with aromatic floral and gently grassy notes. Than on the palate you can feel grains, bisquits, citruses, such as lemon and grapefruit, bitterness binding your tongue and as the beer warms on your palate it gives you wonderfull hoppy aromatic nose. Dry, no addition of sugar, classic Bohemian Pilsener. The best Bohemian Pilsener from Slovakia. Finish duration is average, grainy, flour, malted barley present towards the end, very nice, well balanced Bohemian Pilsener with character.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is dry, carbonation is medium on palate, finish feel is very chalky and floral with nice bitterness binding your tongue.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Aroma is of skunked malts, hops, and yeast. Flavor is the same. This is just as I expected. Typical green bottled international beer. Carlsberg, you have a sister brew.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500 ml bottle purchased at the Total Wine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The pour is clear golden with a fluffy two inch snow white head. The aroma is cereal grain, soft floral sweetness, along with a hint of clove yeast. The taste is sweet herbal floral upfront, moving to cereal grain huskiness, then finishing with a bit of earthy clove. Decently clean flavors. The palate is light bodied, low carbonation level and herbal finish. Sweet lingers a bit. Nice enough.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a darker golden, slightly hazy with a bit of suspended fine sediment and a thick off white head that settles quickly to a ring and film and leaves light touches of lace. Nose up front involves skunky hops which give way to a cooked vegetable note, light sweet malt and some rustic spice. Fairly sweet flavor, not incredibly bitter. Light to medium bodied, somewhat active but fairly soft with a rather abrupt finish. Once again, without the skunk factor this might not be half bad, but it lacks proper hop character all around and presents as a tad over-sweet, and not quite pure.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
0,5L green bottle, from Systembolaget Luleĺ Sweden.
Fluffy head which diminishes on the golden amber body, only a thin spotted layer is left.
Scents of hops, grains, citric, apple, and malt.
Taste; hops, grains, lots of malts, herbs and spices.
Mouthfeel is good, and carbonation does not disturb, and it’s not watery.
Ends with bread, roasted malts, dough, and only faint hints from cardboard.
Overall a quality czech pilsener.
Shared at home with my wife while she cooked salmon with lemon pepper and basil.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours amber with a frothy, mottled white head that settles down in a few minutes to thin foam. Viscous lacing.
Nose is yeasty and typical of pils. Taste fairly standard as well; a grainy liquid sourdough bread kind of thing.
Medium body, vigorous carbonation. Not bad.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Deep yellow colour, with a nice medium and fluffy head.
Malty nose, with some herbal notes. Taste is malty too, with some bitterness, but not much for a pilsner.
A good pils.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
