Dark red color, little beige lasting head. Mild chocolate, sweet aroma. Flavor starts with medium chocolate, ends with dry and roasted, lasting aftertaste. Some roasted tones in aroma too. Thin to medium body. Sticky palate in aftertaste.

An OK beer with a good amber colour and a decent head. Slightly sweet at first with a mild bitter aftertaste. Overall a fairly smooth beer.

Bottle, at home. Dark brown with light brown head, quickly gone. Aroma of sweet and totsted malt. Flavor of sweet and toated malt, light bitterness of hops. Light to medium body, watery, soft carbonated.

Decent chocolate and maltiness to this with some sweetness in the finish. Not bad.

UPDATED: MAR 7, 2012 Bottled. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma coffee and chocolate. Taste, malt, with coffee notes. Easy drinkable beer.

Black. Small head. Sweet and malty. A great beer with perfect balance. Nice bitter sweet finish. Toffee notes all over!

Tap at Klub Arkitektu restaurant in Prague. My first Slovak beer. Dark chestnut pour with a frothy head. Nose of subtle grain and caramel. Flavor holds fruity and sweet malt with a touch of rye-like grain. Decent.

Draught at Slovak Pub (Bratislava).
Dark brown color, discreetly fizzy and with good head of discreet resistance. Pleasant aroma of braced malt, resin, alcohol, dampen wood. Much lively and bitterish taste, pleasantly balanced with lively body and refreshing final.

Pours a dark brown with a beige head. Aroma of caramel, chocolate and some roasted malt. Flavour is sweet malt, licorice and plum. Medium bodied with a sweet finish.

Smells of barley and corn. Has a decent amber-black appearance. Taste is thick barley and coffee, but sadly it lacks complexity. Decent though, an average darker beer.
