Bottle from Lone Hill Liquor.. Pours a hazy chestnut brown with a off white head and lots of carbonation bubbles...Aroma is sweet with some brett and maybe some tart cherries.. Flavor is raisins, slightly tart with kind of woody finish...Lots of carbonation.

750ml bottle, Chimay glass. Pours a ruddy brown with minimal head but luscious lacing, nose is quite intense, balsamic vinegar, tart cherries, mustiness, beef jerky. Quite rich and full on the palate, not too tart, dominant currant malts with a slight peppery hop finish, meat and tobacco, long finish leading to a butterscotch sweetness. Quite a nice example of the style, nicely balanced.

This beer pairs really well with air-dried sausage, a nice addition to a plate of salumi. Red-gold in color, pleasant dove-white head. In a tulip glass the aromas are green apple, guava, yeast and caramel. Just as its name says, it’s sweet-sour at the same time. Toffee aftertaste. Lively carbonation.

Reddish color with a nice foamy white head. The smell is fruits, tart, funk, wood, and some sweetness. The taste is funk, wood, sweet, tart, and fruits. Some toffee. I was impressed by this beer.

Thin off-white head forms over a murky brown brew that looks much like an apple cider that is beginning to ferment. Tart apple aroma, some barnyard. Extreme vinegar notes that fade a bit as the tongue becomes accustomed. A bit sharp at first.

Deep auburn with a large foamy beige head. Strong cherry aroma coupled with some mustiness and wood. Taste is lots of oak and sour tartness with some underlying sweetness. Aftertaste is slightly sweet with more residual tartness. Interesting and good.

Color is a muddy amber with a small, lively style head. Aroma is a sour, fruity, flavor is similar to sour grapes, body is a medium with lively carbonation. Not my favorite sour beer, but it was drinkable.

Bottle pours a reddish copper with a white head. Aroma is sour, malty, and a bit of salty brine. Flavor is light sour, wood, and sour apple.
