Light yellow colour, large head. Funk and tart aromas. The beer isn’t as tart or sour as I would hope initially, it is a bit sweet at first. It finishes in a dry semi tart after with some hops.

Pours an amber brown color with a white head. Aroma is tart apple, and wheaty. Flavor is wheaty, malty, with a light tart fruit finish.

Thanks to Brewfiend for sharing this bottle. Dark brown color with a thin head. Sour cherry aroma with a little bit of cinnamon. The sour taste is there, but very subdued by a sweet caramel and honey body. The cherry is there, but lingering in the background. Not quite what I expected, but still very nice.

750 ml Bottle - Dark amber/reddish color with full long lasting off-white head, great lacing. Aroma of tart sour- sweetness, cherries, lemon, apples, and other fruits. Tastes is tart, sour, slightly sweet cherries, apples, citrus with mild earthy tones and a slight dry bitterness near the end. Very nice, I like.

I usually like this brewery but this is one of the weaker beers I have tried from them. It does have a good aroma, with some balsamic and fruit. Brown rather than the more common red. A tall, thick, and long lasting head. There is a bit of an off flavor besides the fruity-sour quality, and it is something I can’t quite nail down, maybe with the yeast.

Bottle shared by brewfiend, pours a clear brownish amber brew with a slow dissolving and spritzy beige head that has good retention. Aroma of slight tart cherries, barnyard funk, oak cask, and some sweet/sour pork sauce. Taste is medium bodied, spritzy carbonated with some flavors of tart cherries and sour apples. Finish is slightly metalic with some earthy herb flavors in the aftertaste. A bit high on the carbonation but still tart to be a Flemish sour.
