| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 31, 2006 Bottle from River’s Bend. Poured hazy copper color with a moderate fizzy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus and sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium sour citrus flavor with a sweet smooth finish of moderate duration. This is a good beer with spicy food. BeerandBlues2 (3203), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 24, 2006 Pours amber with a fizzy and patchy off-white head, spotty lacing. Aroma is sour fruit (cherry, berry), caramel malt (meal, biscuit) and yeast (dough). Medium sweetness, fruity cherry mild bitter and acidic flavor, malt caramel notes, candied. Medium bodied and fizzy, foamy palate. I was unimpressed with this as a Flemish Sour Ale, closer to a syruped Fruit Lambic; it lacked the tartness I am used to in Flemish Sours. luckygirl (1221), Boulder, Colorado, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 17, 2006 Dull hazy red with ample loose tan head. Tart caramel apple aroma with some underlying funkiness. Light and spritzy and rather dry. Not too sour but lacking balancing flavors. A bit oxidized. Not bad but one dimensional. Has that saccharine finish. I orginally rated this a 3.3 but it impoved while warming. deadguy (37), Columbus, Ohio, USA
