2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
One pint bottle that Patty gave me from BOTW. I sampled this with JB while he was trying to rid my computer of a virus that the kids gotten. The hops really stayed on the palate from this one cause the Yuengling I had after this tasted just like this for the 1st couple of swigs.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Simple light pilsener styled beer. The taste of the hops is light, but lingers. Not bad.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Decent light beer. Nice head, slightly fizzy, bitter at times. Go for a Sibirskaya Korona instead.

Pretty much a standard russian lager. Slight bite, fizzy head, yellow in color. Light compared to others I have had.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottled. Golden colour, small head. Corny, adjuncty aroma. Grainy, watery taste, almost no hops. Slightly tart. Not as offensive as some russian lagers, due to its wateriness.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
A sorta pickle-y smell. I liked the gold label. Brothy, lightly sweet, underhopped. A bit watery. An herbal/vegetable broth finish.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Dark golden appearance, soapy white head; good lacing. Faint, fresh lake water aroma, not unpleasant. Crisp, clean flavor with a brief bit of spearmint and honey sweetness. Clean, crisp mouthfeel, not at all metallic as some of this ilk seem to be. Pleasantly surprised.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear
medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy
(herbs), with notes of solvent and gasoline. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, husky. Medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Industrial, grainy, fizzy, fusel alcohol, typical Russian swill.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled. My first impression of Russian lagers was that they were too sweet, but maybe that was just the Baltika. This is suitably dry, the color is a nice golden hue with a thin head. Maltiness plays well with a little bitter. A nice standard beer.
