Can 500ml (brewed 01/2006)
Pale yellow, decent white head. Rubbery, cardboard malty nose, also a bit metallic. Medium-bodied, sweet malty. More stable than you could expect from 4% beer, but also very uninspiring.

In my huble opinion this is the best commercial lager beer in Russia. I like it very much.

Bov (9443) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - NOV 10, 2004
clear pale golden colour, little foam, some perfumy hoppiness, sweet and medium-bodied with a tart, dry finish - just acceptable

Oakes (12361) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 18, 2004
Light golden colour. Aroma of straw and grass. Palate is dried grass and some background malts. Spritzy but crisp, quick finish.

rickgordon (3843) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 4, 2003
Pale golden. Reasonable head. Carlsberg aroma(now what cold this mean?). Sourish flavor. No bitterness.

larsniclas (5591) - Billdal, SWEDEN - AUG 3, 2003
Veri light, freshlooking. Not much of an aroma. Sourish with an acceptable bitterness.

Boystout (1000) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - MAR 1, 2003
Light golden-colored thin session lager. Not annoying but ordinary with some decent hop flavor.

Almost identical to the other Zolotaya Bochka, but with less alcohol, so you have to drink more of this pisswater to get buzzed. A pity.
