500ml bottle. Clear redish amber color. Small white head, stays. Malty, papery, sweet notes in aroma. Alcohol, very malty, grainy flavor. Slightly papery aftertaste. Medium bitterness. Just purely to enjoy that bitter aftertaste I could have another one.

Die Schaumkrone hält mittelmäßig. Es schmeckt leicht alkoholisch, mild, etwas süßlich. Einfaches, flaches und mildes, typisches stärkeres aus Russland. Test vom 15.8.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,7,7,8,10,8 - 8,00

Dark amber beer with big shored-lived head. Not very aromatic - you can smell alcohol and bread - that’s it. Toasted bread and burned sugar. Creamy, a tad sweet, alcohol is evident but pleasant. Slightly bitter finish.

Deep amber pour with some thin white head. The aroma is fairly caramelly and slightly sweet. A little bit of clean toasted malt and a touch of sweet vanilla-like character. There is a little bit of light sweetness. There is some peppery character as well with a little bit of clean lagery sweetness. It’s actually a decent Vienna - which for Russia is pure awesome.

Bottle in Moscow, Russia. Pours a deep, clear amber color with a medium white head. It leaves a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is very malty, with some notes of corn, pine hops, and some slight, tart fruits. The flavor is mostly sweet with an unpleasant sour and bitter finish. The body is somewhat heavy, and the alcohol warmth is undeniable. Overall, a decent beer.

0.5L bottle, medium lasting beige head with some lacing, clear, deep but not dark brown colour, strong caramel aroma with some dried fruits, flavour of caramel and dried fruits with notes of cheap brandy, alcohol strong and overwhelming adding an unwelcome bitterness. Could have been nice with less alcohol.
