COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A "plezierbier", tripel, made with barleymalt, caramalt, Goldings, Saaz, coriander, cumin, carraway seed, candi sugar, honey and lagered on "heavy toasted oak". Recipe from the people of Jessenhofke, made for Columbus Management.

Lightly hazy body. Lightly creamy, nice head with an excellent lace. Aroma of lemon, pomelo, hops and some caramel. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour.

Darker amber coloured beer with lot sof carbonation and a medium white head. Very spicy (clear hints of cumin) sweet malty hinted aroma. Full palate. Finish is bitter sweet and spicy with a longer sweet spicy ending. Not bad.

Pours cloudy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, dried fruits and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head, Fruity aroma of caramel and spices with notes of dried fruits. Fruity flavour of caramel and spices with notes of mould and hops. Spicy finish.
