33cl bottle. Candy sweet, honeyish aroma. More balanced in flavour. Lovely golden colour. Lacing white head. None of those many ingredients seem to stand out, so a nice blend of flavours perhaps. Lovely creamy mouthfeel with some pleasant warming. Carbonation spot on. Lovely beer.

Bottle from Marlou Zonhoven. Blond, I really didn’t like this one. The taste of candy sugar and honey is overpowering. It doesn’t work for me.

Alone at home. Dark brown colored beer with medium off-white head and no carbonation visible. Yeast poored in the glass. Malty roasted coffee hinted aroma. Full sparkling and slightly creamed palate. Finish is malty roasted sweet coffee hinted.

Note ; previous rating here by me was a mistake and was for the brown variant . now rating this one , so its not an updated rating, this is actual first rating . Pours warm blonde, orange glow. Good white head that lasts long . Smell is tad sweet , some grains . But mostly very gentle and soft ( balanced ) Taste is bitter , some slightly, almost metallic sharpness . Some balanced sweetness in the back . Perfect carbo . The previously mentionned sharpness, lasts into a funky-sweet-unique taste which I really dig . The drinkability in this one is extreme . Prob one of the 1 % tripels withoud a shitload of overcarbonation, ánd with a balanced taste that is sweet, yet not sugary . Its been a long time that ( if I have ever ) was this happy with a tripel ( that has not been hopped like an IPA or spiced like a white , etc ) . Basic, but very nice . Tripels never will go superhigh in my ratings, but this deserves a well-earned 100 % on style . I do not taste like 50 % of the ingredients in the description ( honey, sugar , oak ,.... ) but I guess that is because they are blended in in such a beautifull way , I guess . Very nice surprise !

Een lekker biertje dat vlot wegdrinkt en toch een uitgesproken, volle smaak heeft.

Keg at LCBF, golden with a lasting white head, a nice average Tripel, lifted slightly by the spices.

Draft - Sweet stone fruit and candy sugar. Cloudy gold with a white head. Overripe stone fruit, bitterness and a sweet candy sugar, tropical fruit sweetness.

Draught at London Craft Festival. Somewhat hazy golden beer with a rich white head. Floral fruity aroma, grassy, yeast, hay, citrus notes. Hoppy grass flavor, yeast, bread, floral, hay, some caramel. Fruity spicy flavor, hay, grass, herbal, some alcohol.

Keg at LCBF. Hazy orange, dense white head. Aroma is herbal, coriander, sweet sticky malt. Body is very foamy. Taste is spicy - lots of black pepper in particular. A nice potent flavour but it came across as a little one dimensional and foamy.

A triple? Says so on the bottle. Dark golden coloured and hazy. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Sweet, yeasty aroma, dry notes. Flavor starts sweet, sugars then lightly astringent yeasty notes and moderate hoppy. Finish bitter. Creamy, dry texture.
