0.33 l bottle at Tuulensuu Tampere, thanks hanniku! Hazy amber color. Aromas of oaky vanilla, herbal orange warming alcohol. Sweet, herbal and oaky and orangey color with woody spiciness, pepper, coriander and warming alcohol. Quite woody but luckily not too so. Pleasant.

(Bottled) Murky amber with a small, firm and lacy head. Meaty and peppery-spicy nose with herbs, fruit and ginger. Also the flavor is very meaty-spicy, herby, and vegetably (in a good way). Quite full body, soft CO2. An interesting "meal-in-a-bottle", but I’m not sure I’d order another one.

13/12/2010 - 33cl bottle @ home

Pretty clear deep orange to light copper red beer, thick stable creamy white head, long lasting, adhesive. Aroma: wax crayons, fruity, sweet malts, a touch of tropical fruits, aromatic hops, hint of yeast, alcohol on warming up. MF: nice carbon, medium body, soft texture. Taste: hop bitters, alcohol, spices. Aftertaste: dry and bitter, sour, chemical. A little like strong spirit drink. Pepper in the back of the throat.

33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from Willems. BBF 04/09/2014. This is a tripel according to the bottle. Pours amber golden, clear, creamy white head. Nose is sweet, thick white sugar, white grapes, sweet white grapes, white glazing, liqueur, cake, honey, very sweet BE yeast, white cupcakes, very pleasing smell. Tastes of honey, white grapes, thick white sugar, light condensed milk, cupcakes, clear alcohol, kumquat liqueur, bit obscured by a less interesting floral & BE yeast profile. Slightly oily, sugary, decent carb. Bit warming, quite a unique & interesting taste profile, not optimal but still very pleasing. Be sure to let this beer warm up.

Pours a hazy golden yellow color. Aromas of yeast, some fruit and spice. Taste is yeasty and spicy, can really taste the alcohol in this one.
