COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a clear, golden one, an off-white head sits on top. Slightly peppery on the nose, with grass and resins, some pale malts and a touch of cellar. Pale malts, grassy, peppery hops and a resiny touch in the flavor. Medium body, medium sweet. A decent one indeed, but it doesn’t impress in any way. Wouldn’t be bad having a few of those though. 110319

Bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass very zippy, small head. Starts quite spicy, strong, some wheaty notes. Finish more hoppy-grasy, modest sourish. Not bad at all, but the spicyness could be more intense!

0.5 l bottle. Deep golden color with big fluffy head. The aroma and flavor is sweetish with honeyish malt and herbal hops. Smooth slick palalate. Medium to full body. Malt hop balance is quite even, fairly hoppy for a festbier, this is almost like a Bavarian pilsner.

Bottle: Greenish-golden, a bit unclear, slowly collapsing fluffy white head; moderate sweetish grainy nose with a light alcoholic touch; moderate to solid sweetish-bitter flavour, medium bodied; shorter sweetish-honeyish finish with bitterness and alcohol in the aftertaste. Simple and robust......

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Sweet malty, slightly biscuity and draffy aroma with notes of grassy and herbal hops. Moderately sweet and bitter flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Hearty pale malty body with chalky and herbal accents; almost dry malty, even a bit (wal-)nutty and moderately hoppy finish. A solid Festbier. 08.XII.09
