pours hazy sunny yellow with a long-lasting creamy white head and nice lacing. starts dry fruity with hints of lemon, apple and banana (not too much of the latter though for a weizen), then yeasty doughy mouthfeel with a little sweetness. ok.

0,5 l bottle. Murky pale orange in the glass, big white head. Low fruity, banana and apple, on the nose. Starts with low dry fruit, wheat and yeast in the second row, more grainy middle part with a decent low dry bittnerness. Not that typical sweet-banana-bubblegum-stuff. Flat nearly cardboard ending.

Bottled 500ml. -Hazy pale yellow coloured, medium sized creamy white head, mild yeasty nose. Dry wheaty and yeasty with mild banana presence. Short watery finish. Lack of body is evident but easy-drinkable for sure. All in all average weizen.

Pours wheaty-gold with a low white head. Smell and taste has tones of sweet fruit, but is still mild and yeasty enough for a weisen. Easy to drink yet still unique enough.

Opaque gold, strong white head. Vague yeasty aroma. Almost no taste, vague notes of yeast, wheat and maybe some banana. I could have another - if thirsty.

Bottle. Golden, cloudy, average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate sweetish malty – wheaty aroma, some fruitiness with light banana and yeast. Body is medium, malty – some wheat and lightly sweetish flavor, light fruitiness and banana. Finish is average, malty – light wheat, lightly sweetish, fain fruitiness and light banana, faint metal. OK, not so sweet hefeweizen.
