COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Hazy pale ale color with a decent white head. Aroma is fruity and yeasty, hints of banan. Flavor is light sour and fruity, also some banana. High carbonation and medium body with a sweet yeast finish.

Bottle, pours golden with just a faint haze and a big white head, light notes of banana and a hint of lemon on the nose, malty and lightly fruity body with touches of spice, bread and citrus, and a light hoppy bitterness. Nice easy-drinking example of the style.

Mooie oranje kleur met een volle kraag. Ruikt fruitig, weizenhop en citrus. Smaakt fris, citrus, iets bitter.

Hefig-bananig in der Nase. Antrunk süßlich-hefig. Danach bananig, süß. Gewürzter Abgang, Banane, würzige Züge. Ok.

Bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, citrus and banana, with notes of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with estery notes and pronounced elements of citrus and banana. Acetic and rough finish. Rather watery. OK, but far from a masterpiece.

Bottle 50cl, a cloudy golden beer with medium head. Nose is on wheat, pineapple but also lemon. Aroma is mostly on, pineapple and lemon again, less malty, bit watery. Finish is astringent with low fresh bread touch.

Draught at a restaurant in Fussen, on the day of my engagement. Opaque gold color and a tall, thick white head. Lots of banana and sweet wheat. Thick and heavy mouthfeel, and very rich palate. A great weizen.

Hazy white yellow colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, hay, bread, quite fresh. Light sweet, light sour wheat flavour, citrus and bread. Light sour wheat finish, citrus and a hint of cloves.
Very light on banana for a Hefe-Weizen. Good, because I’m not big on banana myself, and it makes it lighter and more refreshing than most Hefe-Weizens I know. Very decent brew.
(From 0.5L bottle @ home. Thanks for getting me the bottle, David!)

Średnie pszeniczne, delikatne i malo wyraziste.
