Clear red-chestnut beer with brownish, small fluffy head. Very bready, leafy nose, bit nutty; quite sweet, nearly red port-like. !!Smoked, dry tobacco/ash flavour, not sweet at all, leathery perfumed. Starts medium bodied, but with a rather empty finish. Nice! very special difference between nose and flavour, but nowhere off-putting. Txs, Stef.

Passable dunkel, overwhelmed by mollasses flavour. It poiurs very dark, with some decent head. Medium mouthfeel, on the sweetish side. Drinkable, but only if I am in the mood, not tonight.

bottle. Clear brown colour, large head. Aroma of caramel. Ful-bodied. Flavours of caramel and roasted malt. Slightly sweet, pleasantly hoppy, especially in the finish. A great Dunkel, which reminds me a bit of a good Bohemian dark beer.
