COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brown-black colored beer with thick, compact foam, known for higher fullness, good body and medium intensity of bitterness with delicate character. The characteristic feature is the aroma of roasted malt with bitter-sweet flavor lasting even after drinking.

0.5l bottle (3.8%, 9.99°) courtesy of ogivlado who shared it with me and heavy (thanks!)
Poured a dark cola colour with a slightly off white thick head. Dusty, heavy nose of coffee and milk caramel. The taste is nice and coffeeish, somewat dusty, underlying (something). All in all a very nice dunkel that I enjoyed after a row of so and so beers that day.

500 ml bottle. Dark ruby red, almost black. Tall off-white head. Fine-laced at the top, but coarser at the bottom. Crystal clear. Soapy, raspberry/black currant aroma. Some richer malts in the background. Soft mellow roasted red berry flavours. Little bubbles and low carbonation makes the beer feel very smooth and very drinkable.

Deep dark color with brown head. Aroma and taste of caramel. Easy drinkable and refreshing. Regardless the absence of bitterness beer is pleasant.

I have reason (that I'm not letting on!) to be in Sumperk in the Jesenicky region of Moravia a few times a year. Sumperk is a good drinking town with a good choice of beer available but this is my drink of choice when there. An inviting chocolate and toffee nose leads to a sweet chocolate and caramel tasting beer, smooth silky and relaxing. The short finish has some dryness to balance the caramel sweetness. Maybe a touch on the sweet side, but a good beer to sit and drink with friends, and it has a bit of character too. (sampled on draught at the Gastro bar, Sumperk)

The colour is clear, dark brown with a hint of red, just like Coca-Cola. The foam is impressive, large and brownish, it dissolves slowly into a small white ring. A burned diacetyl-caramel note dominates the smell, but there are also hints of hops, coffee and some grass/straw. The carbonation is medium strong with small, lasting bubbles. Fresh! The taste got some pretty strong flavours of burned malt and diacetyl. The strong, somewhat dry bitterness fades into a mild maltiness with some notes of gravy. The aftertaste is surprisingly mild with a fine, malty bitterness that is accompanied by some sweetness and vegetable stock. This is a really nice and powerful dark lager. I liked it!

Traces of nuts and to some extent metall. Puors dark with small top. A bit watery and thin, for some reason that didn’t disturb me much. Enjoyable. Note: I am pretty sure this is the beer I am refering to, the alcohol level on the beer I drank is however 4.1% and not 4.4%

Bottle, 3.8%. Bready aroma. Roasted flavour, nice and mild. A quite malty roastedness. Low bitterness. Thin of course, but pleasant and goes down well. Good for its ABV.

Bottled 500ml. -Darker cola coloured, medium sized pale beige head, slightly vinous roasty nose. Moderate roasted malt, caramel and touch of tobacco with mild bitter coffee finish. A bit watery but considering ABV it’s expected.

Bottle, small stable bubbley head, very dark brown to black colour, aroma of dark bread, some barnyard notes and hints of coffee and something charred, flavour of sourdough dark bread and burned sugar, with a strong, mellow and slightly charred bitterness, light sweetness creeping as the beer warms up a bit.. Nice pleasant dunkel.
